Refund and Returns Policy

At NovaFlare, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@novaflare.store with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
  • Gift cards.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is posted.
